Our children are bursting with creativity,
they're
 j
ust looking for an opportunity to use it!

What is Educate Aug CIC?

Educate Aug CIC is a creative R&D and frontline consultancy working directly with schools facing structural challenges around literacy, disengagement, and pupil retention. We don’t sell toolkits. We embed. We listen. We build from inside the system’s failure points — not on top of them.

Our work is rooted in real classrooms, with real children — not theory. We partner with schools to co-develop solutions that are neuroinclusive, emotionally intelligent, and creatively led. These aren’t “interventions.” They’re prototypes for what school could become.

What Have We Done?

At Wesley Methodist Primary, we responded to urgent concerns in their School Improvement Plan — not with a generic phonics scheme, but with an Augmented Reality Phonics Soundboard, designed around student voice and neurodiversity-led reflection.

  • Fluency increased by 38% on average.

  • One previously disengaged student improved by 45% in just six weeks.

  • Children created sound-driven identity maps and voice-led memory artefacts.

This led to a commercial proposal with built-in equity — giving the school long-term financial benefit from the tools they helped create.

At Eldon Primary School, we delivered creative workshops using early-stage AI image tools and songwriting to help students reflect on their teachers, their aspirations, and their community roots. They produced original tributes — expressing care, gratitude, and belonging in their own language.

And with Skills 4 All, we’re working directly with students on the edge of exclusion. From documentaries to AR experiments to a music video based on Newton’s Laws of Motion (starring “The Weeknd” as a symbolic hook), our goal is simple: build with them, not for them. Because creative output can be currency — not just therapy.

What Now?

Since being named an Innovate UK Immersive Tech Award Finalist, we’ve begun transitioning from grassroots R&D into full platform development. The research conducted at Wesley is now forming the basis of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the inAug platform — a voice-first, emotionally fluent phonics system where learners don’t just decode… they reflect.

We now have university and technical delivery partnerships on the table to scale this research into a working platform — and from there, into a full ecosystem of neuroinclusive tools that position identity, not compliance, at the centre of learning.

Why This Matters

We are not another EdTech startup.
We are not another SEND scheme.

Educate Aug CIC is the R&D core of something much bigger:

A recovery infrastructure for a system that was never designed for neurodivergent learners to thrive.

And inAug is the beginning.

A voice-first, reflection-led platform built from the pain and possibility of real classrooms.

Because when children start telling their story — phoneme by phoneme — they don’t just read better.
They remember who they are.

"We don't grow into creativity... we are grown out of it. or rather we are educated out of it"

"Give people a different sense of possibility. Offer teachers and learners the discretion to be creative and innovate... and schools that were once bereft, spring to life."
